Kiss My Ass: Big Brother

First you make me wear a fucking seatbelt so I don't kill myself driving, next you tax my smokes to the nth fucking degree, and now the bastards in NYC are trying to ban trans-fat from restaurants to save me from having a fat ass.

Fuck off and Kiss My Hairy Ass Big Brother. If you want to do something fucking useful then fix the damn roads, kill all the terrorist asswipes, and keep all the pedophiles and dangerous asschunks behind fucking bars. Leave me the fuck alone. Who in hell died and made you my fucking daddy? It sure as fuck isn't in the damned Constitution. Take a few fucking minutes and read the son of a bitch you fucktards.

Click here for the NY bullshit.

I totally agree. They are going way too far with this.

Enough has to be enough... and if we draw the line in the sand over trans-fat... then so be it. Its overdue.

This is ridiculous. And it'll never go through. There fast-food industry has a very powerful lobby....

hear, hear....you are so right! you think smokes are expensive in the states try buying them here (one pack $9.65!), no wonder the Indians are sneaking them into Ontario and selling at a cut rate

I saw this on the news last night. I doubt fries will taste the same! DAMN!

I couldn't believe it when I saw on CNN a ban for trans-fat. I think that should be a personal choice.

I didn't know they were doing this. It does seem a bit invasive.
About the smokes, personally, I am glad they did it. It's 1 of the things that helped me quit smoking. In California, they may raise the price of cigs higher & I hope they do. Maybe my kids will quit smoking too.

I hope Chinatown is going to be immune from such an ordinance. Transfats is a staple in Chineese cuisine.

watchdog: You know one of the leading users of trans-fat is? Dunkin Donuts. This big brother crap must stop.

keshi: Some folks will do anything to justify their job.

cz: It's the free grub that the lobbyests give away.

ol' lady: Bet they smuggle as many smokes to Canada as they smuggle illegal aliens to Texas.

laurie: Ain't that the truth.

green eyes: We could always go back to lard. Crazee Tastee.

angel, jr: It seems like our list of personal choices grow fewer and fewer each year.

jane: No matter how much it costs, those who don't want to quit won't. What will be the next thing that the government decides is bad for you and chooses to tax into oblivion. A few years ago eggs were bad now they are good. What if they decided to tax the living shit out of eggs and then decided they were good but no one ate eggs because they were too expensive. I stand by my words. The government needs to stick their nose out of peoples personal business and do the things that it is mandated to do.

I'm with you Fuzz! Leave me and my fat ass alone! I don't pay taxes so some idiot can outlaw what I like cuz he knows better than I what is good for me. I am an adult, I make my own choices. And also, my mama ain't dead yet, so she doesn't need a replacement.

I loved the picture of homer, d'oh!

OH Fuzz.. you are right on the money with this one!!!! I so agree.....they worry about seatbelts, smoking and transfats and let those damn pedophiles out with a smack on the hands...and if they put as much time in worrying about catching them damn terrorist as they did putting more taxes on cigarettes the world would be a better place.

The problem is that the world has to cahnge for the .05% of the population that apparently can't take care of themselves!! A cfew of them start to bitch and moan about stuff and suddenly things have to change? Why is it when I get all pissed and yell about something no one listens to me?

*sounds of crickets in the background*

I heard about this the other day, who do they think they are ?
Its not like they have to pay for any health issues which are caused by eating/smoking etc. Like I can understand the price of cigs being so high in the Uk because we dont pay for healthcare and the extra taxes raised from the price go towards funding the NHS ( well they say it does...)

Your right fuzz maybe people should be looking for ways to solve real crimes like internet child porn and the like.

I couldn't agree more fuzz!

I think all politicians whose BMI is more than 10% high should be terminated.
All politicians who have ANY kind of crimminal record should be terminated.
All politicians who have bad debts ,( bankrupcy ) should be terminated.
All politicians who stick their nose in my private life should be terminated.

Government was originally set up to '' protect '' the people, not to '' rule '' their lives.
GOD Bless America, ya`ll.

I think everything is done for a purpose, but usually things like this are done for the wrong purpose. I think there are plenty of things that need to be and could fixed in our society. Yet too many changes are made based on trends or without thinking down the road. I think govenments and ruling organizations want people to say "oh, you did something". Yet they don't stop to think about what is best for most people, they go with what they think or they grab hold of some passing trend that will be old news in five years or less. Just my view.

I am sick to the teeth of the eternally childish Hall Monitors that live to kill everyone's good time. Bastards.

They are worried about fatty french fries killing us and it it turns out that SPINACH can kill us.

If they outlaw trans-fats, they had better ban spinach too.

wc: Ain't that the truth.

phats: It was a cool pic. Sorry bout Purdue. Maybe next time. Notre Dame is just damn tough this year.

catch: Maybe bio weapons in their honey cakes at Ramadan wouldn't be such a bad idea.

mike: It is high time that we stop catering to the least commen denominator.

pixie: I am with you on that one.

mimi: It would appear that their lives are being whiny bitches. They need a new one.

sherri: Thanks!!!

phred: And God bless ya.

starbender: I am busy as hell myself. Today is my day off and I hope to catch up on your's and everyone's posts. It might take me all day.

granny: Do you think they could get on the same bus?

:P fuzzbox said...

ben: It is getting scarier by the day.

mark: I think they are more interested in grabbing headlines than actually making a difference.

phlegmmy: Bastards is right.

jamie dawn: The e-coli wars. Ba da da dum.

paige: The manufactors of lard are really missing the boat. It is the true organic fat.

Man, this really hits a sore spot with me! Legislature to "protect" people from becoming fat has got to stop. And overweight people need to stop blaming/sueing everyone else for their issues.

I agree with you, Fuzz, personal lifestyle choices should be PERSONAL!

And damnit, someone legalize marijuana already. That whole industry could translate to jobs, people!

Who in hell died and made you my fucking daddy?

You crack me up so much! I do normally have to cringe a bit at rants and tirades, but this one is right on the money 100 percent. You have called it perfectly. Who has the right to tell someone else what to do?
